Posters with multiple variants:
JULES CHÉRET (1836-1932)
Palais de Glace. 1893.
Broido, 362; woman in yellow coat, black boa.

Many posters are printed with similar but different designs, and in different formats. Chéret's 1893 Palais de Glace, for example, has 3 variants: one, with a yellow coat and black boa; one, a supplement for a French newspaper, with the woman in red and a white boa; and one, a large 2-sheet with the same red and white color scheme as the small newspaper supplement.

To make sure you're identifying the right poster, look underneath the title. Text will identify the poster's precise listing in the catalogue raisonée, if there is one; then any distinguishing variant features.
