Featuring such greats as Cab Calloway, Woody Herman, W.C. Fields, Eleanor Powell, sophie Tucker, Gene Rodgers, Les Paul, and Dennis O’Keefe, the plot revolves around the love story between two rival publicists. This is not only Powell’s first and only non-MGM film, but also the last starring role she would ever have in Hollywood. It was additionally the last film performance by W.C. Fields.
